Neha Soneji

Neha Soneji is currently the Program Coordinator at Crossover. In her current role she directly supports the mission in various program management strategies. This includes fundraising strategies, media relations, curriculum development, student development, and social media outreach.

In addition, Neha traveled to India in August 2012 to assist with the successful implementation of the Inaugural Academy of Crossover. Aside from Crossover, Neha currently works at the Federal Reserve Board of Governors where she creates information technology and operational policy.

Previously, she worked for the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago and PricewaterhouseCoopers where she was an information technology controls specialist.

Neha has a passion for using sports as vehicle to drive social change because she believes sports can enhance a child’s life in so many ways. If it weren’t for sports being apart of her life at a really young age she knows she would not be where she is today. Neha’s hobbies include being outside and enjoying the outdoors as much as possible whether it’s hiking in the spring, summer, or fall or snowboarding in the winter months.

Neha, originally from Carol Stream, IL, is a graduate from DePaul University in Chicago,IL. She currently resides in Washington, DC with her husband, Harin Contractor.
